Prince Harry and Meghan Markle were eventually picked a home — and it’s not one that royal watchers learnt coming.
In the months since their May wedding, supporters of the of Duke and Duchess of Sussex have been conjecture: Would they continue to live in the modest cottage where Harry proposed? Would they move inside the walls of Kensington Palace to make a home next door to Will and Kate? Would they improve their life together in Adelaide Cottage, a rumored offering from the queen herself, or the Cotswolds abode they apparently leased in May?According to recent reports, the answer is none of the above.
” The Duke and Duchess of Sussex will move to Frogmore Cottage on the Windsor Estate early next year as they prepare for the arrival of their first child ,” the pair’s office said in a statement to PEOPLE and other channels. The couple’s official part, the statement continued, will remain at Kensington Palace when the duo relocates to the royal manor in Windsor in the brand-new year.
