An elementary school principal in Nebraska was placed on leave after telling schoolteachers to bypass embellishing their classrooms with Christmas-themed ornamentations so as not to annoy those who don’t celebrate the holiday.
The superintendent at Manchester Elementary School, detected by Fox affiliate KPTM as Jennifer Sinclair, sent out a memoranda earlier the coming week with guidelines as to what is considered appropriate for classroom garnishes and assignments.

Teachers was allegedly told that generic winter-themed components, such as sledding and scarves, and the “Frozen” courage Olaf, were acceptable.
Decorations that included Santa, Christmas trees, reindeer, light-green and ruby-red coloured items and even candy canes, nonetheless, were not acceptable for the elementary school.
